Back to School with Milk Unleashed Four Pack Giveaway 9/15 - US

It is back to school time and I was surprised to find out some kids don't go back until September which is how it was when I was a kid way, way back then. When the kids are outside of our reach, we aren't always sure they are making the best choices. Granted schools are stepping up to the plate and eliminating bad choices such as soda but some choices just aren't available. I've even heard of some schools eliminating chocolate milk. I think that's stretching it as I feel milk provides a great source of Vitamin D and whether it's chocolate or white, it shouldn't be limited. I do love technology and the idea of taking milk on the go as I am a milk drinker as evident by the purchase of two gallons every week. My family is a family of milk drinkers as well which makes me happy as I am not an advocate of giving kids soda routinely. Not all kids like milk as my sister was one of them and my youngest is starting to relike it. She was a milk hound as a child but great out of it until lately. Change the color with food coloring as we all know kids love colored food!
Use milk in oatmeal instead of water. I always make my oatmeal this way because it tastes richer and is creamier.
Add a spoon of honey for those honey fans out there.
Make a smoothie with a glass of milk and their favorite fruit.

I know I keep writing post after post at how I can't believe it's already back to school time. I knew that time flew when you became older but I had no idea it would pass through at warp speed. I think back to school time is a fun event for kids and can be for a parent if you don't have to worry about how you will be able to afford it all. Between the money and how busy we are all, it can be hard to get organized. I have found some great ideas and by looking at Back to School with Tiny Prints ideas.

Having a child with allergies, I find the Allergy Alert Cards to be especially handy. I like that they are cute and fun and bring attention to what can be a serious consequence if not taken serious. The other item I also love are the Lunch Box Notes. When my oldest was in school, I would make my own hand made notes to sneak in her lunch and with these, they are quick, cute and handy. What better way to bring a smile to their face than a note from mom?

Teaching Good Oral Health the Fun Way #CompleteCare

Nothing shows healthiness than a nice bright smile at least in my opinion. I struggled at first to get my little one's to brush until they were able to see how powerful not brushing can look on teeth. I've always been a stickler to nice white teeth and have tried many products on my pursuit of such. I often look for the latest and greatest to keep my girls inspired not only for looks but just for health. I don't want them being like their grandparents who have no teeth and lost their teeth at an early age. Flossing is another big chore for them in spire of telling them how important it is to floss. When I tried to teach them about flossing, it was hard for my youngest to grip the floss thread so she essentially gave up. She is a hot head and sometimes, I have to choose my battles. My nine year old was okay with it but she was making her gums bleed at times by not being able to use it correctly. We tried the floss sticks that have it pre-arranged for easier use and they were okay but it was just a routine task that became boring rather quickly. When I tried the Waterpik Water Flosser for Kids, everything changed.

This really cool way to clean teeth was fun and exciting! It was easy now to convince them that flossing is not enough and that this new way to floss was definitely 1000 times more fun. Creative Bioscience 90 Day Weight Challenge Update

It's been about 60 days since I took the Creative Bioscience 90 Day Weight Challenge so I wanted to provide an update. I can honestly say that if you follow this weight plan, you will lose weight and you will most likely achieve your goals if you follow the plan for what are reasonable expectations. Philips Norelco Body Groomer Review & Giveaway 9/8 - US

It's pretty standard in our society that women spend time and money grooming their body hairs. We wax, shave, pluck and use hair removal products to remove unsightly hair. It's as common as any other grooming habit we have. What is not talked about as much is the man side of what is called manscaping. Men are grooming their body hair more and more yet there isn't as much attention given to them. I think a lot has to do with stereotyping of men who do remove body hair but those days are gone. It's normal for men to want to be clean and free of hair and whereas some men might not want to partake in laser hair removal given the permanent effect of it, body grooming allows a man to change with the times. Fads and fashions are always changing and what might be cool now might not be later so having the ability to control body hair is something of a personal choice. From a hypo-allergenic 3D pivoting head that allows a close shave with less irritation to the all in one design. The five integrated length settings provides an easy trim without needing loads of attachments and provides the perfect trim. The other beauty is it can be used in or out of the shower which is a huge benefit for those hairy fellows so they don't get hair all over the floor and counter. This is a must have for any man. My husband tried this out and being part Italian, you can imagine how he needs a product like this. He is used to using regular store bought shavers so this was heaven sent to him. When he came home and saw it, he proclaimed how I get all the cool stuff. After a little teasing and taunting, I did confess it was his. He liked the convenience of being able to take it to the shower, the dual ends to trim as he pleases and the contour of the groomer made it easy to hold. Overall, it's a win!
