PaperboxPress Review: Invitations, Cards and More

Selecting cards is a big deal in my house as I like perfection.  Whether it's a just because or a birthday, special occasion or a party, I want the perfect card.  When I look for a card, I want a good selection which is where PaperboxPress comes into the picture.  They have a great selection for just about any occasion.

I received a complimentary set of Personalized Enclosure Cards which are ideal for gift giving or many other occasions.  For my daughter's Angels4Epilepsy project, we will use them to hand out with the gift bags.  

They are perfect and are made of a high quality card stock.  Their products are completely customizable and can come with envelopes or not.  With my complimentary selection, I also received many samples.  Each card was printed on high quality card stock, had vivid images and looked beautiful.  


When you order, you will receive an online proof for approval within one to two business  days and orders are generally shipped within three to five business days.


You can also choose from double sided printing on some selections which allows you to use multiple photos as if you are like me, you can't just pick one photo!

Where Does the Temper Come From?

I just don't understand how a three year old could need anger management classes already.  I understand the terrible twos go into the terrible threes as I have two older kids but man, my three year old is a heart attack waiting to happen.  She throws things, slams things, hits things, screams until she's shaking and it worries me that she might give herself a heart attack over how angry she gets.


Anything can make her blow her gasket and it's also trying as spanking doesn't work.  Of course I'm told if I'm going to spank, I have to make it hurt.  Nope, sorry, can't do that!  I would be in tears myself if I did that.  I try time out but she just keeps screaming and crying. I hope it's a phase she will outgrow soon!


Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

The best thing that ever happened to Christofer Drew was when he broke his foot in 2005. On the album, Drew seamlessly combines his early influences with a splash of Beach Boys’ sunshine pop, which serve as the foundation for his brutally honest lyrics about losing, loving and following your dreams. Fittingly, some of What Is Love? was recorded at the famed Abbey Road studios – with the help of Butch Walker – where the ghosts of the Fab Four rubbed off on tracks like “I Love You 5” which merrily bounces along with an addictive la-la-la chorus while the call to arms “Love Is A Weapon” shows flashes of a punk influence – albeit with an acoustic guitar – with wide-eyed idealism. “I listened to the radio a lot and my older brother was into the Arcade Fire,” says Drew. “But that never moved me. I wanted songs that had emotion not what whatever was cool.”

My kids, as most, love music and they love dancing.  They have access to computers, iPods, MP3 players and so forth.  They have had me record them dancing and they have their favorite lists of songs they dance to.  I was offered a complimentary Littlest Pet Shop LPSO Harmony the Dancing Dog and couldn't wait for them to see it as I knew they would love it.

Elmer's Crafters BzzCampaign

I love being a part of BzzAgent and I love receiving the new campaigns.  This one in particular is very timely in that I"m preparing for my oldest daughter's baby shower for this Saturday.  Since I'm making all the decorations, the various products contained in my kit are so handy. 

• 2 pairs of X-ACTO decorative edge scissors
• 1 X-ACTO corner rounder punch
• 1 Elmer's CraftBond Permanent Tape Runner
• 1 Elmer's CraftBond Clear Glue Pen
• 1 Elmer's CraftBond All-Purpose Glue Stick

So far, I've been able to use the scissors, tape runner, glue pen, glue stick and glue spots.  They have all performed as I had expected from the brand Elmer's.  I grew up with Elmer's Glue as most everyone else has and I have always counted on this brand as being my glue of choice.  Before I received the kit, I had also bought the Elmer's Adhesive Spray which is wonderful!  I used it to help make cupcake picks since I could spray the entire surface to leave a nice cover and it dried without being sticky.
