Introduction:

I am the primary author and owner of Health, Beauty, Children and Family.  It is a blog in which I focus on topics ranging from health, beauty, children and family mostly catering to moms and women in their 30’s and 40's.  

I am a mom to three children ages 9, 13 and 28 and I have two grandchildren ages 6 and two years.  My two younger children have chronic medical conditions and last June, my oldest was diagnosed with ovarian cancer while she was pregnant with her second child.  My middle one has epilepsy and the younger one has an unknown pulmonary condition. 

We're located in the Chicago area.
