  6. My favorite way to work out is yoga. I have never tried Pilates, but I would certainly love to. I am limited by some old injuries so low-impact is key for me.

  7. Last year I joined a gym with one of my girlfriends, to try pilates and I LOVED it! The gym had a 3 month trial membership and when it ended, it cost too much for me to continue on. It would be a dream come true to get to enjoy pilates in my own home everyday, and encourage my friends to come over and work out with me!
