UPDATE:  My husband saw his new tie when he returned from Kuwait and really liked it!  He was impressed !

I think I've only purchased a tie once in my life and it was a long time ago.  I remember passing them in the major department stores and was surprised at how costly this strip of material is.  I knew, in most cases, it was due to the designer element but I'm also one of those women who doesn't need a designer purse.  I do buy designer suits for work but in cases of my accessories, I do go cheap.  I was introduced to Ties.com and was surprised at the large selection and prices.
