Celebrating a Sweet 16 Party?

Quite a few year's ago, I was planning my oldest daughter's Sweet Sixteen party but for circumstances beyond my control, we weren't able to.  I love birthdays and go all out for them.  When I plan a party, everything has to be perfect and within a theme.
