I have written many post on getting healthier this year and as I've noted before MultiGrain Cheerios® cereal and The Biggest Loser Club® are a part of my plan. ReplyDeleteSomething I am doing to get healthier this year is that I joined a gym and am working out three days a week as well as watching what I eat and cutting out a lot of sugar and soda.
