I made a resolution to lose weight and get to my goal!! Im not giving up this time. Im gonna get there
So far I lost 6 lbs. in 2 weeks and I hope to continue to go down every week. Ive been keeping a food journal and making healthy choices by adding whole grains and more fresh fruits and veggies to my diet.

Something I am doing to get healthier this year is that I joined a gym and am working out three days a week as well as watching what I eat and cutting out a lot of sugar and soda.
