I decided to come up with some healthier ways I eat Thomas Bagel This:
Thomas Bagel Thin Grilled Pizza
- One Thomas Bagel Thin in halves
- Pizza sauce made of organic tomotoes (recipe here)
- Organic mozzarella cheese
- Brocolli
- Onions
- Green peppers
Grill each side first for a few minutes careful not to burn. Remove from grill, place desired sauce on each half, pile on the toppings and place back on the grill until the cheese is melted. Keep the flames low to avoid burning.
Chicken Breast Avocado Thomas Bagel Thins
- Organic, skinless chicken breast
- Avocado
- Spices (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper)
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato
- Lettuce
Grill chicken on both sides for approximately 15 minutes on each side after sprinkling with pepper, garlic and onion powder until done.
Place sliced avocado, tomato, lettuce and chicken on the Thomas Bagel Thin and enjoy.
