Frownies are facial pads made from natural, skin friendly materials of unbleached Kraft paper that allows the skin to breath and a vegetable starch based adhesive that is water activated. Rose Water Toner Hydrator is used to activate the adhesives on the patch and add an antioxidant treatment to the skin.
