When I think of Cheerios, I always think of finger food for toddlers when they first begin to eat table food.  I always forget that as part of a heart healthy diet, eating Cheerios cereal, which is made with 100 percent whole grain oats, is an easy way to help maintain a healthy heart.  Cheerios is a staple in our house as we also purchase Honey Nut Cheerios and Frosted Cheerios.  I like they are made with whole grain and are low fat.
