Blogger Giveaways Available Outside of US?

I'm curious as to the blogger sites that allow giveaways for outside the US and what interests there are.  I notice on my Feedlink that I get hits from other countries and most giveaways are for US only.  Is there an interest for more products available outside the US?  Feel free to leave a comment or send me an e-mail at staying_younger@yahoo.com.
