I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Better Bake Sale Party Results
We finally had our bake sell or at least baked all the goodies with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter bake sale. We made a lot of goodies and I read to protect the cupcakes icing, it's best to place them in small cups. It worked great but were messy so if you copy this, provide forks!
I had a variety of cupcakes and used a Halloween theme since it was so close. Each cupcake was wrapped in plastic and most were tied with ribbon. I also read presentation is everything to encourage people to buy.
Above is an example of pumpkin chocolate suckers. I used a Halloween ribbon to seal the plastic bags. I smeared a light orange gel frosting to give them a hint of color. Next to them are the dirt worm cupcakes. Those are easy to make and if you mess up your cupcakes or cake, not a problem as you make it appear like dirt so you don't want a perfect formed cake.
This is a close up shot of all the decorated cupcaked in the decorated display box. I used my Zazzle account to create "Thanks for Your Support" with the school mascot cards.
Those were a couple of my little helpers! The best helpers ever and they only ate one cookie each! More pics of the actual sale to come!
The school made a little over $300 on their sale!
